Our office will file primary insurance claims for our patients as a courtesy, provided we are presented with correct information at the time of your visit. We will expect payment of your deductible and any other patient portion as indicated by your plan.
Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. We are NOT a participant in that contract and cannot be responsible for lapse of coverage or policy restrictions. We cannot be held responsible for non-payment by your insurance company for ANY reason, although we do our best to help you resolve any issues that arise from submitted claims. The most accurate coverage estimations and plan details can be obtained from direct contact with your insurance company.
No Show and Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and often requires specialized preparation. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm your appointment time in advance. However, it is a patient’s responsibility to record and keep scheduled appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 business hours in advance. Failure to present for an appointment and/or cancellation within 24 business hours of scheduled appointment time will result in a charged cancellation fee to accommodate the dentist’s and/or hygienist’s time.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to consider this a failure to present for your appointment, assess the cancellation fee, and reschedule your appointment. In case of illness or emergency, please notify the office as soon as possible to avoid fees and provide us with the best opportunity to provide that appointment time to another patient. Appointments are not considered cancelled until the cancellation is acknowledged by a staff member.

Patient Financing - LendingPoint and Lending Club Financing
We offer financing through two 3rd party lenders: LendingPoint and LendingClub which provide financing options for treatments and procedures that are typically not covered by insurance or for times when insurance doesn’t cover the full amount. Both lenders do a soft credit check during the application process which does not affect your credit score!
